newly  gym member wondering how to build muscle fast to look something that they deserves.Some people dont see there results after doing gym from several years.Actually they dont know how to build muscle they think if they lift some heavy weight they can build muscle fast hell no.so here are the tips that i and some professional bodybuilders recommeds:




*Do in form
                      (means doing reps slowly and the way it should be done use light weight)

*Mind muscle connection
                                               (it is very important to focus on a muscle you are training means try to connect your mind with that muscle so it wil generate more blood circulation in that specific area of muscle)

*Plateau
              (it is very important shock your muscle as Arnold said.by doing different routine workout means you have to change your workout plan after every two months.this ios because if you follow same routine paln for one year your body get use to it so shock your body make it cry)

Stretch
           (this helps to build more muscle means big muscle.so do strecths before and after workout there are there kind of stretchs for for different parts of your body so must do this.As building muscle reduces your flexibility)

Warm-up
                (As you know warm is so important and prevents injuring and also help to build muscle fast becaquse by warming up your body helps to keep blood flow to specific muscle fast)

 

 


BROWN RICE VS WHITE RICE

 

 Rice is in the list of natural bodybuilding food.Brown and White rice has there own different benefits these rices are great source of carbs mostly those who want to build size must eat this but which one to choose.So about white rice: white rice cause more of insulin spike due to it low fiber and fat contant (insulin spike=fat).Brown rice:Brown rice also increases insulin release but it has more fiber than white rice so fibers & fats in it reduces insulin spike.Therefore at times of the day when you aren’t training, the carbs from brown rice are much less likely to go to body-fat storage than those from white rice.I eat brown rice as i am in bodybuilding field brown rice doesnt has great taste but it has very awesome benefits to your body and those who have heart problem start eating brown rice instead of white rice.White rice has great taste but dont have much benefits as brown rice so its depends on you whether you want to be healthy or you doesnt care of yourself.
